Funding Proposal

INTRODUCTION

State and Federal Governments are in need of creative transformation. Qualified and ethical public officials, public campaign finance and election system integrity are essential to the flourishing of our citizens.

The Quick ‘N Clean Foundation*:

• Supports a grassroots effort to bring campaign finance reform, election system integrity and good government to all Americans.
• Is administered on a not-for-profit basis and is founded upon deep respect for human rights, equity and stewardship of resources.
• Takes a holistic/systems approach to Democratic Party, government and national transformation.
• Practices quality management principles.

* The Quick ‘N Clean Foundation was created in June 2003 and is registered as a political action committee with the Illinois State Board of Elections.
